What you get as standard
Every application we build has these foundations. What varies is the processes it handles and the systems it connects to.
Roles and permissions
Everyone sees what they need for their work: a sales rep their orders, accounting the invoices, and an admin the whole picture.
API integrations
We connect the application to your ERP, accounting, payments, calendars and SMS gateways, so no one retypes data by hand.
Reports and export
Summaries, charts and export to PDF or CSV, ready for management and accounting without putting spreadsheets together by hand.
Live data
Notifications and updates without reloading the page: a new order, a status change or a vehicle’s position shows up right away.
Secure log-in
Encrypted connections, backups and an optional second log-in factor, such as a one-time code sent by email.
Deployments and monitoring
Automated tests, deployments without downtime, monitoring and a change history. We hear about a problem right away.
How much does a web application cost
The price depends on the number of screens and roles, the integrations and the security requirements. Below are the two tiers we start from.
Web application
fromPLN 1,699
usually up to PLN 3,999
A portal, an internal system or a customer portal that organizes one process in your company, such as orders, bookings or a fleet.
Timeline: Usually up to three weeks
What it usually includes
- An analysis of the process and a written scope of work
- Interface design and a clickable prototype in Figma
- Log-in, user roles and permissions
- An admin panel, reports and data export
- API integrations, for example with accounting or payments
- A demo on the staging version every two weeks
Large system
fromPLN 4,499
we set the scope and price after the analysis
A platform for many user groups, with subscriptions, ERP integrations or heavy traffic, developed in stages.
Timeline: After the analysis, in stages
What it usually includes
- Everything in the web application
- Live data and an architecture built for heavy traffic
- Subscriptions and recurring payments
- Integrations with ERP, CRM and partner systems
- Cloud infrastructure, CI/CD and monitoring
- Development in further stages and support after launch
These are typical ranges from our quotes, not package prices. We give you the exact price for free after the brief, and we reply within 24 hours.
How an application comes together
Four stages, with two-week sprints in the third. A typical application is usually ready within three weeks, and we build a large system in stages.
Process analysis
We talk to the people who will use the application, map the process step by step and write down the scope: roles, screens, integrations and data.
A Figma prototype
We design the key screens and a clickable prototype. You review it with your team before the first module is built, so changes cost the least.
Sprints and demos
We code in two-week sprints. After each one, we show you a working part on the staging version, and you see the tasks and hours in the client portal.
Launch and growth
We move your data, train your users and launch the application. After that, we monitor it and add new features.
An application people actually use
What to take care of before you order an application, so it doesn’t end up as another spreadsheet everyone avoids.

Start from the process, not the features
A feature list grows fast, and the budget grows with it. It’s better to start from the one process that takes the most time today, such as taking orders or settling fleet costs, and build it well in the first version. We add further modules in stages, once the first version is working and it’s clear what’s really missing.
Integrations decide success
An application that needs data retyped from other systems soon stops being used. That’s why we plan data exchange with your ERP, accounting and payments from the start. We connect, for example, to Comarch ERP Optima, Google Calendar or SMS gateways.
A prototype saves months
A clickable Figma prototype shows how working in the application will feel before any code exists. You review it with the people who will use it, and changes in the prototype take hours, not weeks. Then we work in two-week sprints and show you a working part after each one.
Security from day one
The application stores your company’s and your customers’ data, so we design roles, permissions and backups from the very start. Log-in can have a second factor, connections are encrypted, and we monitor the application after launch. You keep the access details for servers and domains in an encrypted vault in the client portal.
Common questions about web applications

A web application starts at PLN 1,699 and usually stays under PLN 3,999, and large systems with many user groups and integrations start at PLN 4,499. The price depends on the number of screens and roles, the integrations and the security and load requirements. We split larger systems into stages, so the first version reaches users quickly. The quote after the brief is free.
A typical web application takes up to three weeks. We work in two-week sprints and show the progress on a staging version after each one, so you see working parts from the first days. For a large system, we set the timeline after the analysis, stage by stage.
A website mainly presents your company and collects inquiries. A web application does work: users log in to it, have their own roles and data, and the system calculates, sends, syncs and reports. It runs in the browser, so no one has to install anything.
Yes. We integrate applications through APIs with ERP and accounting systems, payment gateways, CRMs, calendars and SMS gateways, and when a system has no API, we find another way, such as a file exchange. We connect, for example, to Comarch ERP Optima, Google Calendar or SMS gateways such as SMSAPI.
We design roles and permissions from day one, connections are encrypted, we make backups and monitor the application. Log-in can have a second factor, such as a one-time code sent by email, and only the people who need the data can access it.
Yes. We design web applications to work comfortably on desktops, tablets and phones. If you also need an app in the App Store and Google Play, we can build it on the same backend.
We stay with you: we monitor the application, update its dependencies and add new features. You report tasks and fixes in the client portal, and with ongoing work you get a monthly statement with the hours itemized.
