We both co-founded Netizo. This is how we split the work:

Runs the organizational side of the company and talks to clients. He keeps the project on schedule and the paperwork out of the way.

Most things happen remotely. Where it makes sense, we come to you.
Remotely
We talk over video calls and by phone, and in the client portal you see the tasks, the time spent and the documents.
In person
Here we can meet in person: we come to your company, sit down at the laptop and go through the project together.
Straight-line distance from Leszno. Everywhere else in Poland we work remotely.
