What you get as standard
Every store we build has these. What varies is the catalog, the integrations and whether you also sell to businesses.
Online payments
BLIK, cards and instant bank transfers through a payment gateway such as Przelewy24 or Stripe. You see the payment status next to every order.
Shipping without retyping
Couriers and parcel lockers, with the cost calculated in the cart. You print the shipping label from the panel, and the customer gets a tracking number.
Products and variants
Sizes, colors and capacities with their own prices and stock. We save photos in lightweight formats, so product pages load fast.
Stock and integrations
Stock levels update after every order. In larger stores, we sync them with your wholesaler or ERP system.
Products visible in Google
Fast product pages with structured data, which can bring the price and availability into search results.
A sales panel
Orders, customers, discount codes and a sales report in one place. We show you how to use it at the start.
How much does an online store cost
The price depends on the number of products and variants, the integrations and whether you also sell to businesses. Below are the two tiers we start from.
Small store
fromPLN 1,299
usually up to PLN 4,999
A store for a company that’s starting to sell online: a product catalog, a cart, payments, shipping and a panel for handling orders.
Timeline: Usually up to four weeks
What it usually includes
- Store design and a clickable prototype in Figma
- A product catalog with variants such as size or color
- Online payments: BLIK, cards and instant bank transfers
- Courier and parcel locker shipping, with the cost calculated in the cart
- A panel for orders, stock levels and discount codes
- Fast product pages and SEO basics
Large e-commerce
fromPLN 5,499
usually up to PLN 12,999
A store with a large catalog or B2B sales, connected to your warehouse, wholesaler or ERP system, with individual prices.
Timeline: Usually up to eight weeks
What it usually includes
- Everything in the small store
- Integration with your warehouse, wholesaler or ERP, such as Comarch ERP Optima
- Individual price lists, credit limits and business accounts (B2B)
- Search with filters and suggestions
- A fast headless frontend, for example in Next.js
- Moving products and customers over from your old store
These are typical ranges from our quotes, not package prices. We give you the exact price for free after the brief, and we reply within 24 hours.
How a store comes together
Four stages, the same as in every project of ours. We give you the timeline after the brief, because it depends mainly on the catalog and the integrations.
Brief and catalog
We get to know your products, customers and shipping, then write down the scope: categories, variants, payments, shipping and integrations.
Store design
In Figma, we design the home page, the product list and page, the cart and the checkout. We pay the most attention to the path from product to payment.
Build and integrations
We build the store on a staging version, connect payments, shipping and the warehouse, and show you the progress every two weeks. We move your products over or import them from a file.
Go live
We place test orders from cart to label, redirect old addresses and launch the store. After that, we grow it together with you.
A store that sells
What to look at before you start selling online or move your store to a new platform.

A ready-made platform or a custom store?
With a small catalog and simple shipping, a ready-made platform such as Shopify or WooCommerce is often the fastest start. A custom store pays off when you need individual prices for businesses, unusual order logic, an ERP integration or a very fast frontend. Then the store adapts to your company, not the other way round.
The path from product to payment
Stores lose the most customers between the cart and the payment. That’s why we design a short checkout: buying without creating an account, BLIK and instant transfers, delivery costs known before payment and a form that never asks for the same thing twice. We test every step on a phone, because more and more people shop on one.
Stock you can trust
If you also sell in a shop or other channels, your stock has to match everywhere. We sync stock levels and prices with your wholesaler, warehouse or ERP system, such as Comarch ERP Optima, and orders go there without retyping. Customers see real availability, and you don’t sell goods you don’t have.
Moving without losing traffic
When you change platforms, we move products, photos, categories and customer accounts, and redirect old product addresses to the new ones. That way you don’t lose rankings in Google or links from comparison sites and blogs. We check the new store with test orders before we switch the domain.

Yes, if that’s the best route for your sales: with a smaller catalog, a ready-made platform is often the fastest start. When you need individual prices, an ERP integration or a very fast frontend, we build the store with custom code, headless included. We’ll advise you after the brief.
We connect online payments through gateways such as Przelewy24 or Stripe, which means BLIK, cards and instant bank transfers, as well as cash on delivery. We set up courier and parcel locker shipping, with the cost calculated in the cart and shipping labels printed from the panel.
Yes. We sync stock levels and prices with your wholesaler or warehouse, and orders with your ERP or accounting system, such as Comarch ERP Optima. That way you don’t retype data by hand, and customers see up-to-date availability.
Yes. We move products, photos, categories and customer accounts, and redirect old product addresses to the new ones, so you don’t lose traffic from Google or links from other websites.
We plan for speed from the start: lightweight product pages, optimized images and caching. For a large catalog, we build a headless frontend that loads fast on phones too. It matters, because every second of waiting puts some customers off.
Yes. In the store’s panel you add products and variants, change prices and stock levels, create discount codes and handle orders from payment to shipping. We show you how to use it at the start, and you report bigger changes as tasks in the client portal.
