iOS and Android app development
We design and build iPhone and Android apps from one codebase: orders, bookings, loyalty programs and tools for teams in the field. A mobile app starts at PLN 999, and we take care of publishing it in the App Store and Google Play.

What you get as standard
Every app we build has these. What varies is the features, the integrations and whether it needs its own backend.
iOS and Android from one codebase
We build in React Native or Flutter, so one app runs on both platforms. Less work, and we make every fix once, for both systems.
Push notifications
An appointment reminder, an order status or a new promotion lands right on the phone’s screen, for everyone or a chosen group.
Designed for thumbs
We design the screens in Figma for one hand and a small screen, following Apple’s and Google’s guidelines. You click through the prototype on your own phone.
Log-in and accounts
Log-in with email, Apple or Google, and in the app a profile, order history and notification settings.
A panel to manage it
You change content, users and notifications in a browser panel, without releasing a new version of the app.
Store publishing
We prepare descriptions, screenshots and privacy details, go through Apple’s and Google’s reviews and publish the app.
How much does a mobile app cost
The price depends on the number of screens, features and integrations, and on whether the app needs its own backend. Below are the two tiers we start from.
Mobile app
fromPLN 999
usually up to PLN 3,999
An iOS and Android app with one main feature, such as orders, bookings or a loyalty program, connected to your system.
Timeline: Usually up to three weeks
What it usually includes
- Screen design and a clickable prototype in Figma
- One codebase for iOS and Android (React Native or Flutter)
- Log-in and user accounts
- Push notifications
- A panel for managing content and users
- Publishing in the App Store and Google Play
Larger app
fromPLN 4,499
we set the scope and price after the analysis
An app with its own backend, payments, several roles or offline mode, developed in stages together with the web version.
Timeline: After the brief, in stages
What it usually includes
- Everything in the mobile app
- Its own backend and API, shared with the web version
- Payments and subscriptions
- Offline mode and data sync
- Integrations with ERP, CRM and partner systems
- Analytics, crash reports and development after launch
These are typical ranges from our quotes, not package prices. We give you the exact price for free after the brief, and we reply within 24 hours.
How a mobile app comes together
Four stages, with two-week sprints and a test build on your phone in the third. We give you the timeline after the brief, including time for the store reviews.
Brief and features
We work out who will open the app and why, choose the features for the first version and write down the scope: screens, roles, integrations and notifications.
A Figma prototype
We design the screens and a clickable prototype you open on your own phone. We make changes before any code exists.
Sprints and test builds
We code in two-week sprints. After each one, you install a new test build through TestFlight or Google Play, and you see the tasks in the client portal.
Publishing and growth
We go through Apple’s and Google’s reviews and publish the app. After that, we update it for new system versions and add new features.
An app people keep on their phones
What to look at before you order a mobile app, so it doesn’t end up in a folder no one opens.

Are you sure it’s an app, not a website?
Customers install an app only when they come back to it regularly: to order, book, collect points or work in the field. If someone drops by once every few months, a fast website or a web application will serve them better. We’ll advise you after the brief, and when an app makes sense, we build it on the same backend as the web version.
One codebase, two platforms
React Native and Flutter let us build one app for iOS and Android with near-native performance. That means less work, lower maintenance costs and the same features on both systems. We add native code only where a feature needs it, such as unusual camera handling or Bluetooth.
Notifications in moderation
Push is an app’s strongest tool, and the fastest way to get it uninstalled. That’s why we plan notifications that give something: an appointment reminder, an order status, points to use. You send them from the panel to everyone or a chosen group, and users decide what they want to get.
The stores have their own rules
Apple and Google review every app and every update. So we design to their guidelines from the start, prepare descriptions, screenshots and privacy details, and plan time for the reviews. It’s best to publish the app on your company’s developer account, so the store listing belongs to you.
Common questions about mobile apps

An iOS and Android app starts at PLN 999 and usually stays under PLN 3,999, and a larger app with its own backend, payments and several roles starts at PLN 4,499. The price depends on the number of screens, features and integrations. We split larger apps into stages, so the first version reaches users quickly. The quote after the brief is free.
Yes. We build apps from one codebase in React Native or Flutter, so they run on iOS and Android with full performance on both. One codebase means less work and easier growth, and when a feature needs native code, we add it.
A mobile app usually takes up to three weeks, while we build a larger one in stages and give you its timeline after the brief, because it depends on the number of screens and integrations. We work in two-week sprints, and after each one you get a test version of the app to install on your phone, so you see the progress from the first weeks. The plan also includes time for the Apple and Google store reviews.
Yes. We prepare the descriptions, screenshots and required privacy details, submit the app for review and fix whatever Apple or Google ask for. Ideally, the app is published on your company’s developer account: then the store listing and the reviews belong to you.
A mobile app makes sense when customers use it often, or when you need push notifications, the camera, location or working offline. If users drop by rarely or work mostly at a desktop, a web application is enough. We often build both on a shared backend.
Yes. We connect apps through APIs to ERP and CRM systems, payments and calendars, and if needed, we build the backend and the admin panel from scratch. Then the same logic serves the mobile app and the web version.
We stay with you: we update the app for new versions of iOS and Android, monitor crashes and add new features. You report tasks in the client portal, and with ongoing work you get a monthly statement with the hours itemized.
